The reason why we are talking about sacrifice is because it is very important in our Christian walk. The first sacrifice we must offer to God is our clean hearts, meaning, we should offer ourselves first as living sacrifices. This way the sacrifices we offer to God will be accepted and pure. Child of God, take this to heart; the LORD cannot accept sacrifices that we are not pleased with. This means that, whatever sacrifice you are bringing before the LORD, you must love it just like Abraham gave what he loved the most - Isaac as a sacrifice [Genesis 22:1-19]. You too, as you bring your sacrifice before the LORD, let it be something that is valuable to you. Thank you.
