How delightful it is to be a friend of Christ Jesus. Mary and Martha will tell you being His friend means He is always on Time to bring Glory to the Father. In this generation, let us witness a friend of Christ Jesus testifying for His goodness.

In the first quarter of the year 2025, the family of Ms Francisca was going through financial constraints. Because of that, the children had delayed to go to school. As she, together with her husband, tried everything to get their children to school, nothing was breaking through.

In this, back and forth, she came across the Prayer Request service on Dew Media TV. The Spirit of God, through His Servant, Abraham Richard, was attending to different prayer requests.

She started watching the programme, keeping it at heart that distance is not a barrier to a man who believes. With her prayer request of a financial breakthrough at heart, she listened to what Prophet Abraham Richard was sharing in faith.

The sharing reminded her that she is a friend of Christ Jesus! She recounts, “The Servant of God said that it is only friends of Jesus who send Him Prayer Requests. It occurred to me that I am the friend He is talking about. I already had my prayer at my heart and I confessed it with my lips.”

After watching the programme in less than two hours, she testifies that her husband received a financial breakthrough. He sent school fees for the Children which had been Ms Francisca’s prayer.

Even though financial constraints were a new challenge to her, she noted that nothing just happens to a believer. Everything happens to draw us closer to God, be it good or bad, for it is what the Holy Scriptures tell us in Romans 8:28 that:

And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them.

Ms Francisca, beaming with smiles, gives Glory and honour to Christ Jesus, the Way maker. Her advice: When anything happens to you, just remember that nothing just happens to a believer.
